(a) At the time of the application for a new license or for the renewal of a current license, the applicant shall pay to the Inspector a license application fee, payable to the township, in the sum of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution. Further amendment of this section for the purpose of increasing or amending license fees shall be permitted by way of resolution.
(b) No fee, or portion thereof, shall be returned to any applicant.
