§ 1445.03 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; VIOLATIONS.

No person shall act as a commercial contractor in the township except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Any person, including any owner who participates with a contractor in violating any provision of this chapter, is also in violation of this chapter.
