(a) Inasmuch as it is desirable to have a variety of residential housing available in the township, industrialized housing is hereby authorized for use in any subdivision approved for single-family residential dwellings, provided that the housing in any subdivision must be uniform as to type of construction, i.e., all industrialized or all constructed, and further provided that the house shall be in compliance with all requirements of the Zoning Code.
(b) Any industrialized house certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Community Affairs shall be deemed to comply with all township codes and ordinances relating to home construction. Any township code enforcement personnel, including, but not limited to, the Building Inspector and the Plumbing Inspector, is authorized to accept such certification as evidence of such compliance.
