For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONSTRUCTED HOUSING. Any structure designed primarily for residential occupancy which is wholly or in substantial part made, fabricated, erected or assembled on the building site.
INDUSTRIALIZED HOUSING. The meaning set forth in the Act of May 11, 1972 (P.L. 286, No. 70), as amended, known as the Industrialized Housing Act, presently cited as 53 P.S. §§ 1651.1 et seq.
SUBDIVISION. The meaning set forth in § 1230.11 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
