This chapter is adopted to:
(a) Protect and provide for the public health, safety and general welfare of the township;
(b) Assure a wide variety of types of housing available to township residents;
(c) Protect the character, harmony and stability of neighborhood areas located within the township; and
(d) Protect and conserve the value of properties throughout the township and minimize conflicts among the uses of land and buildings.
