Prior to the issuance of any building permit, the Building Inspector shall review the application for the permit to determine if all other necessary governmental permits, such as those required by state and federal laws, have been obtained, including those required by Act 537, the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act (being 35 P.S. §§ 750.1 et seq.), and 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq. No permit shall be issued until this determination has been made.
