Permits granted to any person to make any opening in the new pavement or re-pavement of a street or alley that is less than two years old shall be subject to the provisions of Section 901.06 and any additional restoration requirements deemed necessary by the Village Engineer including but not limited to pavement heat welding, additional milling and paving and re-striping. When emergency repairs are necessary, the Village Contracted Engineer shall provide details and specifications on how the permanent pavement repairs are to be made.
