A. It is unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession glass containers of any kind, in any public park or any outdoor public recreation area, or in any public parking lot adjacent to such park or recreation area within the city.
B. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
