6.04.020: ALLOWING CERTAIN ANIMALS TO RUN AT LARGE PROHIBITED; VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   It is unlawful for any person, association or corporation to permit or allow any chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys or rabbits to run at large within the city.
   B.   Any person, association or corporation violating the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00), together with costs of suit, and in default of the payment of such fine shall be imprisoned in the city jail for a period of one day for each two dollars ($2.00) of such fine.
