It is unlawful for any person, persons, company or corporation to sell beer on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of any day, within the corporate limits of the City, except as otherwise allowed by the laws of State of Idaho, being particularly title 23, Idaho Code, as presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended by the legislature and as contained in that certain volume "Idaho Liquor and Beer Laws", or contained in County ordinance.
