3.04.010: DESIGNATION OF OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES:
Pursuant to Idaho Code section 50-1013, the following banking and governmental facilities are designated the official depositories of the city of Ashton, county of Fremont, state of Idaho:
   A.   Bank of Idaho, Ashton, Idaho Branch;
   B.   Local Government Investment Pool office of the state treasurer, state of Idaho. (Ord. 500-23, 2023; Ord. 347 § 2, 1992)
