A. Building Permit: It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, improve, remove, convert, demolish, or install any building, structure, or manufactured/mobile home without first obtaining a building permit which said permit is the authority to commence construction or installation.
B. Permit Fees: Applicants shall pay permit and plan review fees in amounts to be determined by resolution of the Ashton City Council. All permits required under this section require fees to be paid prior to a permit being issued, unless specified otherwise herein. (Ord. 462-14, 2013; Ord. 434-08, 2008; Ord. 407-03 § 1, 2003)
