13.08.260: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor for each day this chapter is violated and shall be punishable by a fine of up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) and/or imprisonment in the Fremont County, Idaho, jail for up to thirty (30) days for each violation. (Ord. 323 § 10, 1985)
