(a) No person shall plow, place or pile snow/ice from a driveway or other private property onto or into the streets, right-of-way or the private property of individuals from which the snow/ice did not originate. Any such snow/ice plowed or removed shall be deposited or placed back onto the property of the individual from which it was removed. Individuals are prohibited from plowing or removing snow in a manner that causes fire hydrants to be covered.
(b) Any violation of subsection (a) hereof shall be a minor misdemeanor. Any subsequent violations occurring within one year of the first violation shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 2007-24. Passed 3-19-07.)
