(a) All owners of dogs, cats and ferrets are required to have their dogs, cats or ferrets vaccinated for rabies at fourteen weeks of age and older.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day the owner of a dog, cat or ferret fails to have his animal vaccinated as aforesaid shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 1999-28. Passed 3-15-99.)
