505.08 NUISANCE CONDITIONS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall keep or allow to be harbored on their property any animal or fowl in the Municipality so as to create noxious or offensive odors or unsanitary conditions which are a menace to the health, comfort, or safety of the public.
   (b)   No person shall permit their property to deteriorate into such a condition so as to create a nuisance to other individuals, neighbors or the public. These nuisance conditions include the following:
      (1)   Insect, rodent, reptile and animal infestation;
      (2)   The outside storage of appliances, automobile and truck parts, tires;
      (3)   The outside storage of furniture, bedding and any other household items;
      (4)   Interior furniture being used on the outside of a dwelling; and
      (5)   Any condition which is injurious to the health, safety or comfort of property or welfare of individuals or the public.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of creating, maintaining or failing to abate a nuisance, which is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
