(a) Any violation of any provision of Section 1339.02 or failure to comply with any provision contained therein, including failure to comply with notices issued thereunder, is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Each day of violation or failure to comply shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) The City Solicitor is authorized to seek injunctive relief to halt construction commenced in violation of this section, to require the removal of any structure or portion thereof that is erected in the course of such violation, and to recover the costs of such action from the violator or violators.
