174.07 ANNUAL REPORT.

The City Parks and Recreation Board, on January 1st of every year or more frequently as directed by the City Manager, shall make a written report to the City Manager, detailing the progress of the Board during the preceding year and outlining the Board’s goals for the present year. A copy of the report shall be forwarded to the Clerk of Council for distribution to the Council and for publishing in such a manner as the Council may direct.
