The members of the City Parks and Recreation Board shall select a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary on a yearly basis at the first meeting of each calendar year. The Board may, from time to time, recommend to the City Manager the employment of such support staff and subordinates they determine are necessary. Council may provide funding for the accommodations and expenses for the work of the Parks and Recreation Board provided Council determines such accommodations and expenses are necessary and proper.
