174.02 APPOINTMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS OF RESIDENT MEMBERS.

(a) Four (4) of the seven (7) members of the City Parks and Recreation Board shall be appointed by Ashtabula City Council. Three (3) of the seven (7) members of the City Parks and Recreation Board shall be appointed by the City Manager.

(b) All City Parks and Recreation Board appointees shall at the time of their respective appointments be residents of the City of Ashtabula, Ohio, and remain residents of the City of Ashtabula, Ohio, during the term of their respective appointments.
