169.02 COMPENSATION, TERMS AND VACANCIES.

The members of the City Records Commission shall serve without compensation. The term of office of the City Manager, City Solicitor and City Director of Finance shall be commensurate with their public term of office. The term of the citizen member, who shall be a resident of the City, shall be for a period of two years. Any vacancy of an unexpired term of the citizen member shall be filled by the City Manager for the unexpired term.
