939.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Ashtabula, acting primarily through the City Manager and the Division of Sanitation (hereafter "Sanitation Division"), shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Ashtabula may contract with the Ashtabula County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
