The concurring vote of four (4) or more members of Ashtabula City Council shall be necessary to approve any order, requirement, decision or determination of the Ashtabula City Planning Commission. The concurring votes of five (5) or more members of Ashtabula City Council shall be necessary to reverse, change or amend any order, requirement, decision or determination of the Ashtabula Planning Commission. In the event the Ashtabula City Manager vetoes Ashtabula City Council’s reversal, change, or amendment as aforesaid, the concurring votes of six (6) or more members of Ashtabula City Council shall be necessary to override the veto of Ashtabula’s City Manager as aforesaid.
