165.04 OFFICERS, TECHNICAL PERSONNEL AND EXPENSES.
   The members of the Planning Commission shall select a President, a Vice President and a Secretary. The Secretary shall be responsible for recording and transcribing the minutes for the Commission. The Building Commissioner for the City shall attend all meetings of the Commission to provide professional input and shall have no voting privileges. The Engineering Department for the City shall be responsible for distributing the minutes to Commission members, City departments and any other interested parties. The Commission may, from time to time, recommend to Council the employment of such architects, engineers and other professional services, and the appointment of such clerks, draftsmen and other subordinates as it shall deem necessary for the performance of its functions. Council shall provide for the expenses and accommodations necessary for the work of the Commission.
