The members of the Planning Commission shall serve without compensation and the term of office of the appointed members shall be three years, beginning on the day of appointment. The President of Council and the City Manager shall serve as members of the Commission for the duration of their respective terms in their stated capacities. Any vacancy shall be filled by the office of the original appointer, for the remainder of the unexpired term.
