A Treasury Investment Board consisting of the City Manager, the City Solicitor, the City Director of Finance is created pursuant to the authority granted by the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.56 through 731.59. The Board shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code to which reference is made herein.
