Pursuant to the authority granted and duties imposed by the provisions of Ohio R.C. 3709.05, a Board of Health for the City Health District is established by Council. The Board and its members shall be appointed and constituted in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 3709.05. Members of the Board will receive compensation of five dollars ($5.00) per meeting, however, in no event shall a Board member receive compensation for his or her attendance at more than eighteen meetings in any calendar year.
