(a) Medical marihuana dispensaries and processing centers, as defined and authorized by State law, are permitted to be located in the following areas of the City on any property zoned for commercial or industrial use that is more than 500 feet in distance from the nearest public or private school or day care center:
(1) Lake Avenue between Main Avenue and Laird Drive
(2) West Avenue
(3) U.S. Route 20
(4) The Light Industrial Park south of Route 531
(5) State Road
(6) East 6th Street
(7) Columbus Avenue
(8) Ann Avenue
(9) West 29th and West 30th Streets
(10) Park Avenue
(11) West 44th, 45th and 46th Streets
(12) Center Street
(13) West 19th Street (Carpenter Road)
(14) West 13th Street between Lake Avenue and Ohio Avenue
(15) Michigan Avenue between West 19th Street and West 29th Street
(16) Main Avenue
(17) Bridge Street
