197.99 PENALTY.

Any person knowingly violating any of the provisions of Sections 197.02(b), 197.03(a) or (b), 197.04(b), 197.05, 197.06 or 197.07 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a first offense, and a misdemeanor of the third degree for a second offense within three years of a predicate conviction.
