137.04 SUCCESSOR TO FORMER DIVISIONS OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, ENGINEERING AND HOUSING INSPECTION.

(a) The Division of Planning and Community Development shall be deemed to have the authority and responsibility to undertake any operations formerly conducted by the Divisions of Engineering, Housing and Community Development and Housing Inspection.

(b) Wherever the terms "Division of Housing and Community Development," "Division of Engineering" or "Division of Housing Inspection" occur in these Codified Ordinances, they shall be deemed hereafter to refer to the Division of Planning and Community Development.
