137.02 COMPOSITION.
   The Division of Planning and Community Development shall consist of:
   (a)    The Director of Planning and Community Development who shall be appointed by the City Manager and shall serve until removed by the City Manager or until a successor is appointed; and may also include any of, or any combination of, the following, insofar as is reasonable and prudent given the workload of the Division and the ability of the City to fund the same:
      (1)    One (1) Assistant Director
      (2)    One (1) Project Administrator
      (3)    One (1) Housing Inspector (Step 1)
      (4)    One (1) Housing Inspector (Step 2)
      (5)    One (1) Planner/Grantsman
      (6)    One (1) Building Inspector
      (7)    One (1) Housing Inspector/Engineering Technician
      (8)    One (1) Engineering Inspector
      (9)   One (1) Engineering Technician
      (10)    One (1) Senior Engineering Aide
      (11)    One (1) Senior Civil Engineer
      (12)    One (1) Civil Engineer
      (13)    One (1) Executive Secretary
      (14)    One (1) Commissioner of Buildings
      (15)    One (1) Supervisor & Senior Civil Engineer
      (16)    One (1) City Engineer
      (17)    One (1) clerical person or administrative assistant
