The Board of Health of the City of Ashtabula may suspend, revoke, or deny a license for violation of this chapter. Unless there is an immediate serious public health hazard, no suspension, revocation, or denial of a license shall be made effective until the operator of the marina has been given notice in writing of the specific violations, a reasonable time to make corrections, and a hearing afforded before the Board of Health. Appeal from any suspension, revocation, or denial of a license shall be made in accordance with Section 119.01 to 119.13 of the Revised Code, where such action is proposed by the Board of Health and in accordance with chapter 2506 of the Revised Code when such action is taken by the Board of Health.
