Any permit issued under this Chapter may be revoked by the Chief of Police or other official designated by the City Manager Office of Planning & Community Development for any violation of this Chapter or if any false or misleading statement is made in connection with an application for a permit under this Chapter. The permit issued hereunder is not a property right and is not transferable. A person who has previously been convicted of a violation of this Chapter may not receive a permit hereunder for a period of two (2) years after the date of such conviction.
