195.07 DESIGNATION OF HOUSING OFFICER.

To administer and implement the provisions of this chapter, the Ashtabula Director of Housing is designated as the Housing Officer as defined in ORC Section 3735.65(A). In the absence of a Director of Housing the City Manager or designee shall so act.
