All properties identified in Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance No. 2008-32 as being within the Ashtabula CRA (consisting of all properties within the corporation limits of the City of Ashtabula, Ohio as of April 21, 2008) are eligible for exemption from taxation (the City may determine that all or any combination of project types – residential, commercial and industrial are eligible). This proposal is a public/private partnership intended to promote and expand conforming uses in the designated area. As part of the project, the City of Ashtabula intends to undertake supporting public improvements in the designated area.
