Pursuant to ORC Section 3735.66, the Ashtabula CRA is hereby established in the following described area and encompasses the entire corporate limits of the City of Ashtabula:
(a) The Ashtabula CRA is approximately depicted as the cross hatched area on the map attached to Ordinance No. 2008-32, marked Exhibit “B”, and by this reference incorporated herein.
(b) Only residential, commercial and/or industrial properties consistent with the applicable zoning regulations within the designated Ashtabula CRA will be eligible for exemptions under this Program.
