(a) The Codified Ordinances of the City of Ashtabula, Ohio, at Part Thirteen, Title Seven - Housing Code, shall include the 2006 International Property Maintenance Code as the applicable standard for maintenance of structures within the City, and the same shall be deemed to be incorporated in said Part Thirteen, Title Seven by reference as if fully reproduced therein.
(b) All subsequent versions, amendments, deletions or updates to the International Property Maintenance Code currently or hereafter adopted or effectuated by the International Code Council shall automatically become, without any further legislative activity of the Ashtabula, Ohio City Council, a part of and incorporated into Ashtabula, Ohio's Codified Ordinances at Part Thirteen, Title Seven - Housing Code.
