1361.11 NOTIFICATION OF FINDINGS.

After the hearing, the Housing Appeals Board, by a majority vote, shall sustain, modify or withdraw the order. The Housing Appeals Board may not make any order which constitutes a variance from the Housing Code. The petitioner and the Housing Division shall be notified in writing of the findings.
