1361.03 ENTRY AND INSPECTIONS.
   The Housing Division is authorized and directed to make inspections to determine the conditions of all dwellings, dwelling units and premises located within the City in order to safeguard the health and safety of the occupants of the dwellings and of the general public. For the purpose and upon showing proper identification, and receiving permission to enter the dwelling, dwelling unit or premises from the owner, occupant, agent or other person authorized to allow access, the authorized employees of the Housing Division are authorized to enter, examine and survey, at any reasonable hour, all dwellings, dwelling units and premises. If permission to enter the dwelling, dwelling unit or premises is refused or not obtained, the Director of Housing shall pursue recourse as provided by law.
