1335.02 STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED.

The City Board of Health hereby adopts Ohio R.C. 3749.01 to 3749.09 and amended Ohio R.C. 3703.07 and Ohio Administrative Code 3701-37-01 to 3701-31-10 relative to public swimming pools, public spas and special use pools within the City.
