(a) The International Residential Code for One and Two Family Dwellings, 2006 edition, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if reproduced in full at this point, and shall apply and be in full force and effect within the Municipality.
(b) All subsequent versions, amendments, deletions or updates to the said International Residential Code effectuated by the International Code Council shall automatically and routinely become, without any further legislative activity of Ashtabula, Ohio City Council, a part and incorporated into Ashtabula, Ohio's Codified Ordinances.
(c) In the event of any conflict between the International Residential Code and any other standards adopted herein, the then-current version of the International Residential Code shall apply. (Ord. 2009-127. Passed 9-8-09.)
