   Bounded on the North by the following: Commencing at the point of intersection of the center line of U.S. Route 20 with the center line of the north-south railroad right-of-way commonly referred to as the Norfolk Southern line;
Thence easterly along the center line of U.S. Route 20 to its point of intersection with the center line of Station Avenue;
Thence northerly along the center line of Station Avenue to its point of intersection with the center line of West 34th Street;
Thence easterly along the center line of West 34th Street to its point of intersection with the center line of Superior Avenue;
Thence southerly along the center line of Superior Avenue to its point of intersection with the center line of West 36th Street;
Thence easterly along the center line of West 36th Street and along a line which is an extension of the center line of West 36th Street, to the point of intersection of said line with the easterly corporate limits line of the City of Ashtabula;
   Bounded on the East by the corporate limits of said City of Ashtabula south of the point of intersection of a line which is an extension of the center line of West 36th Street, with the said corporate limits line;
   Bounded on the South by the portion of the municipal corporate limits line of the City of Ashtabula located east of the center line of Knollwood Avenue; and
   Bound on the West by the following: Commencing at the point of intersection of the south municipal corporate limits line with the center line of Knollwood Avenue;
Thence northerly along the center line of Knollwood Avenue to its point of intersection with the center line of West 58th Street;
Thence westerly along the center line of West 58th Street to its point of intersection with the center line of Washington Avenue;
Thence northerly along the center line of Washington Avenue to its point of intersection with the centerline of West 54th Street and with the center line of the adove-mentioned north-south railroad right-of-way;
Thence northerly along the center line of said railroad right-of-way to its point of intersection of the center line of said right-of-way with the center line of U.S. Route 20.
