Bounded on the North as follows: Commencing at a point in the center of the Ashtabula River channel due east of the intersection of the center line of Great Lakes Avenue with the center line of Lake Avenue;
Thence due east to said point where the center line of Great Lakes Avenue intersects the center line of Lake Avenue;
Thence northerly along the center line of Lake Avenue to its point of intersection with the center line of West 14th Street;
Thence westerly along the center line of West 14th Street to its point of intersection with the center line of Ohio Avenue.
Bounded on the East as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the center line of Station Avenue with the center line of U.S. Route 20;
Thence northerly along the center line of Station Avenue to its point of intersection with the center line of West 34th Street;
Thence easterly along the center line of West 34th Street to its point of intersection with the center line of Superior Avenue;
Thence southerly along the center line of Superior Avenue to its point of intersection with the center line of West 36th Street;
Thence easterly, along the center line of West 36th Street and on a line which is an extension of the center line of West 36th Street, to its point of intersection with the center of the Ashtabula River channel.
Thence northerly, along the center of the Ashtabula River channel, to a point due east of the intersection of the center line of Great Lakes Avenue with the center line of Lake Avenue;
Bounded on the South by the center line of U.S. Route 20 between its point of intersection with the west corporate limits line and its point of intersection with the center line of Station Avenue; and
Bounded on the West by the corporate limits of the City of Ashtabula north of the center line of U.S. Route 20 and south of the center line of West 14th Street, including the incorporated areas on Wade Avenue (West 29th Street) west of Ohio Avenue Extension, and specifically including the Ashtabula Area City Schools elementary campus..
