Bounded on the North by the portion of the north municipal corporate limits line of the City of Ashtabula located west of a point which is the intersection of a northerly extension of the centerline of Ohio Avenue with said municipal corporate limits line;
Bounded on the East by the center line of Ohio Avenue and a northerly extension of the center line of Ohio Avenue to its point of intersection with the north municipal corporate limits line.
Bounded on the South by the portion of the municipal corporate limits line located west of the intersection of the center line of Ohio Avenue with the center line of West 19th Street, also known as Carpenter Road, including the incorporated areas located south of and contiguous to West 19th Street/Carpenter Road, and specifically including the incorporated areas known as Mareddy Estates Subdivision, Ashbrook Subdivision, and Deerfield Allotment Subdivision; and
Bounded on the West by the portion of the west corporate limits line located north of the center line of West 19th Street/Carpenter Road.
