103.99 PENALTY.

Whoever hereafter constructs any wharf or dock contrary to any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each and every day any wharf or dock constructed contrary to such provisions is permitted by the owner thereof to stand, after notice by Council to remove the same, shall be held to be a new and additional violation of this chapter.
