All applications for building permits, unless otherwise specified by the Building Department, shall be accompanied by a drawing or plat, in duplicate, showing the lot plan, the location of the building on the lot, accurate dimensions of buildings and lot and such other information as may be necessary to provide for the enforcement of these regulations. The plat shall be prepared after the lot has been staked by a professional surveyor licensed in the State Of Ohio. A careful record of the original copy of the applications and plats shall be kept in the office of the City Engineer and the duplicate copy shall be kept at the building at all times during construction.
