965.02 NUISANCE OR HEALTH HAZARD DECLARED.

The City Board of Health shall be empowered to declare any public bathing area a nuisance and/or health hazard if the same is opened, maintained and/or operated as a public bathing area without being authorized and/or properly permitted by the City Board of Health.
