963.43 DRAGGING ANCHOR IN RIVER BED PROHIBITED.

(a) No owner, master or other person in charge of any watercraft, rowboat, sailboat or powercraft of any description, which is navigating or stationed within the waters of Ashtabula River within the City, shall allow such vessel's anchor to drag at any point in the river bed.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
