963.41 CHARGE FOR USE.

For the use of the property hereinabove specified, an agreed charge per ton or otherwise for all materials passing over such property to be loaded on or unloaded from ships shall be made and collected by the City. The funds collected shall be deposited in the General Fund of the City.
