963.40 USE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY FOR WHARFAGE PURPOSES; AUTHORIZATION.

The City Manager is authorized and directed to permit the use of City-owned property on or near navigable waterways within or contiguous to the City. Such use shall be subject to the rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the port authority after approval by Council and the City Manager, and such property shall be used without expense to the City.
